Carrying out HAZOP studies for the pipeline and station facilities for the following projects involving not limited to, examination of operations, instrumentation and safety aspects envisaged for the respective stations & identification of all possible causes of deviations from normal safe operation that could lead to any safety hazard(s), environmental risk or operability problem etc. , work complete as per specification and submission of report for the Pipeline System
The scope of work is to carry out the HAZard & OPerability study for these two pipeline – Bhubaneswar ATF Pipeline (No. of P&ID =2, Jatni, Bhubaneswar AFS)
