HPCL Bathinda oil Installation intends to carry out Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), HAZOP Study and ERDMP for its complete facility by employing an expert agency having specialized capability in the field.
This study is to be carried out for undertaking and completing Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) for the existing facilities as per the layout and additional facilities being added viz. Vapour Recovery Unit (VRU), Bottom Loading Facility etc. Basis the outcome of QRA studies, recommendations by the expert agency pertaining to Hardware modifications, SOP requirements, Safeguards to be put in place, Disaster management plan, should be listed for mitigating the Risk.
