Numaligarh Refinery Limited intent to carry out Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) study for the New LPG loading gantry of the Numaligarh Refinery.
The study addresses risk Assessment of the various facilities available and Hazardous operations carried out at the above-mentioned facility of Numaligarh Refinery.
The main objective of this QRA study is to quantify and assess risk from process hazards associated with New LPG loading gantry of Numaligarh refinery. In order to meet the objective of assessment, potential scenarios has been identified and assessed and the likelihood and consequences related to potential accidental releases occurring in the facility has presented. Further, based on the results from the assessment, appropriate recommendations will be provided as a risk mitigating measures.
