GAIL (India) limited having its facility Gas (O&M), NCR is certified for Integrated Management System (IMS) for ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 & OSHAS 45001: 2018. Previously, Hazop study of GAIL NCR pipelines was done in 2015 by a third party agency. Now, we intend to go for fresh Hazop Study of Gas (O&M), NCR as per the latest/ revised code & practices with latest tools & technique/ software available in the market. Gas (O&M), NCR is having approx. 1856 Kms of Natural Gas pipelines in seven states (Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh & Punjab) which divided into 13 nos of O&M Regions and transport 21 MMSCMD gas per day.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- The scope of work is to carry out Hazop Study and QRA of Gas (O&M), NCR based on the pipeline activities and make recommendations to reduce risk in accordance with agreed principles.
- Consultant should collect the all required data from GAIL for Hazop Study and QRA for analysing (w.r.t safety distances for various zones, prevailing weather conditions etc) using standard simulation software.
- The Hazop and QRA Study is to be done as per OISD standards and latest/ revised code & practices with the help of latest tools & technique/ software..
