• Plans and fulfills recruitment timelines
• Analyze the current organizational demand and plan cost-effective measures for hiring suitable talent.
• Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.

  • Any Bachelors Degree
  • Proficient in meeting company demands by solving the existing talent gap in the hierarchy.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions
