HSE stands for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)  management system is a proactive process for incidents prevention as well as reactive monitoring of performance. Risk assessment will be applied to all the activities that impacts on health & safety, production, asset, environment and reputation. The Risk Assessment Matrix is a tool that standardizes qualitative risk assessment, facilitates the Qualitative categorization of HSE risks used for prioritization of activities and resources. The matrix axes, consistent with definition of risk, are Consequences (Impacts) and Probability (Likelihood).
