Konkan LNG Limited intends to carryout the fire risk assessment study at LNG Regasification facility, Jetty and Associated Pipelines under KLL jurisdiction.
Scope of work
- Carry out detailed Fire Risk Assessment Study of KLL. LNG Regasification facility, Jetty and Associated Pipelines under KLL jurisdiction.
- Identify the Fire zones in KLL through Fire Risk Assessment study.
- Identify the Fire proofing requirement for Steel support Structures, Vessels & Equipments in fire exposed envelope in KLL Terminal
- Identify the Gaps based on the FRA study to know the present vs. required fire proofing on Structures, Vessels & Equipments.
- Based on GAP report & recommendation for fire proofing on Structures, Vessels & Equipments. (Suggested methods & Duration for FR material requirement)
- Identify all critical equipment fall under fire exposed envelope. (ESD valve & actuator fire proofing in fire zone area etc.)
- Identify the risk due to Inter-distance issue between LNG unloading arms & Jetty control room in case of fire/ explosion in jetty head and necessary action for mitigation.
- Identify the risk due to Inter-distance issue between GAIL terminal & Fire water pump house in case of fire in GAIL terminal and necessary action for mitigation.
