The scope of work consists of carrying out study on HAZOP & Risk analysis taking in to account of existing plant facilities and preparation of ERDMP (Emergency Response & Disaster Management Plan) & Compliance of regulations as applicable for CPCL Cauvery Basin Refinery Located at Panangudi village, Nagapattinam.
The Overall objective of the QRA, HAZOP & ERDMP Shall be to examine the adequacy and implementation of current Safety management system that is practiced in comparison with safety management systems, as employed by similar reputed National/International Companies, keeping in view the national/international Standards like OISD, PNGRB and NFPA etc.
